The two 18-year-old stars sparked romance rumors earlier this month when they were seen leaving Landon's show together.
Landon was seen leaving his live show at the Desert 5 Spot in Hollywood shortly after Charli left.
'They're seeing each other, and it's in its early stages,' a source said of the new romance.
When the duo showed off their tattoos done earlier this week by Arbel, a tattoo artist in Los Angeles, eyebrows were raised.
